You can track the progress of your order here. You can find the necessary order number in the confirmation email from Yefa.de and consists of 5 to 6 digits followed by -ye. Please note that your shipment is usually sent approx. 1 to 2 days after ordering. For customized products, shipping takes a little longer because the product first has to be produced for you. Normally all products will reach you after around 20 days. Please note that we cannot cancel the order once it has been prepared. A return, within the scope of our guarantee, is of course possible after delivery.
